Eligibility

To utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using DAX, you warrant that you meet these age requirements and that your usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

DAX Services
Section 3.01 – Platform Overview
DAX offers a platform for the registration, certification, and exchange of artworks. Our services encompass user account management, artwork listing, transaction processing, and access to the DAX Registry. All transactions conducted on DAX are subject to these terms and relevant laws.
Article IV:
User Accounts
Section 4.01 – Account Registration
You must create an account to access most DAX services. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, and to maintain its accuracy thereafter.
Section 4.02 – Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. DAX bears no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Section 4.03 – Account Termination
You have the option to deactivate your account at any time. DAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Article V:
Intellectual Property Rights
Section 5.01 – Ownership
All intellectual property rights pertaining to our platform and its contents are owned by or licensed to DAX, including software, technology, text, images, and design.
Section 5.02 – Use Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent, except as permitted under these terms.

User Conduct
Section 6.01 – Lawful Use
You agree to use DAX and its services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or disrupt their use of the platform.

Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities or transmitting malicious technology through our platform is strictly prohibited.

Transactions

You affirm that all transactions conducted through DAX are legal, authorized, and compliant with applicable laws.
Section 7.02 – Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties. While DAX provides tools for dispute resolution, we are not responsible for resolving such disputes.

Limitation of Liability
DAX shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Article IX:
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAX and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at our discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after such revisions, you accept and agree to be bound by the updated terms.
